Join a team
We believe church works best when everyone gets involved. In the book of Ephesians in the New Testament, followers of Jesus are instructed to “serve wholeheartedly” as part of their worship and devotion to God. Joining a team is a great way to use your time, talents and energy to help build up the church and to play your part in the wider mission and vision of Immanuel. Serving on a team can sound daunting but it is a fun and rewarding experience, with training provided where necessary. We highly recommend joining a team as it is a great way to feel more integrated within the Immanuel church family, to grow in faith, and to enjoy getting to know others along the way!

Use your musical and/or technical talents to help people engage and encounter God in sung worship.
Worship & AV
Be a friendly face and first point of contact as you offer a warm welcome to all who come through our doors.
Welcome Team
Play a vital role behind the scenes by preparing and clearing the space so that everything runs smoothly.
Set–Up & Pack–Down
Put your baking and barista skills to the test as you show hospitality to all and help to ensure that everyone has been fed and watered.
Refreshments
Support and encourage Immanuel’s student community through food, hospitality and mentoring as we seek to be a home away from home for the students in our city.
